Job summary:

– Know in depth all the services of the shopping center, its amenities and facilities, its businesses and locations, its promotional activities and its comfort tools;

– Take the lead in finding opportunities to create memorable customer interactions and help customers by providing exceptional service;

– Interact with consumers and retailers with courtesy and efficiency;

– Sell ​​shopping center gift cards and balance sales and transactions;

– Be positive on the phone and in person

– Establish and maintain good relationships with retailers and keep them informed of the services offered by the Center;

– Assist consumers by giving them guidance and information, answering their questions and rendering various services characteristic of the Center;

– Keep abreast of items and services offered, sales prices, sales and special events to be able to make gift suggestions to customers and direct them to businesses that will meet their needs;

– Perform all duties related to the Customer Relations and Customer Service Desk;

– Assist the Marketing Director with promotional events, including the distribution, compilation and triage of entries;

– Be familiar with the Center’s Emergency Management Manual and clearly understand the role of Customer Service and its areas of responsibility as described in the plan;

– Participate in special projects and assume the various tasks and responsibilities that will be requested.

Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
