RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Respond to the customers' requests and manage the whole customer experience
- Sale of gift cards
- Establish and maintain solid relations with the retailers
- Assist the other departments (Marketing, Operations, Maintenance and Security)
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Team Oriented
- Positive attitude and motivation to supply an excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Well organized and detailed-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings, week-ends and holidays
- Computer skills
